各投标人:灵武市养殖基地人畜饮水水源工程(八标段)设备技术要求补充如下:

第一节手动蝶阀技术要求修改为手动电动蝶阀技术要求:在原有技术要求标准上增加:智能一体化电动装置采用施登录后查看(型号:***系列产品)、登录后查看(型号:****系列产品)或登录后查看(型号:***系列产品)等厂家同等质量的产品的电动装置,应具有机械过力矩保护功能,应采用引进施耐德或西门子技术的电动装置;记忆电源电池寿命应大于**年,阀位保存采用绝对编码器,断电后保证阀位永久不丢失。

电动蝶阀智能一体化电动装置配备相应的指示灯、开/关按钮及现场/远方控制转换开关等,显示阀门全开、全关位置状态信号;阀门全开、全关、现场/远方转换开关、综合故障和电源信号接点及开、关阀门控制接点应引至电控柜外引端子,用于与***现场控制单元连接。所有电气元件采用施耐德产品。

第三节:无线远传阀控超声水表及远传设备招标(技术参考)修改为:电磁流量计技术要求:性能参数:

测量精度:±*.*%实际流量;复现性:±*.*%;保护等级:****;变送器:****;

电磁兼容性符合****标准;

电磁流量计应能在工程现场环境条件下正常、连续使用。能防潮、防震、防漏、防锈蚀、防阻塞,动作灵敏、准确、可靠、抗冲击、抗干扰能力强。

传感器应前后段直管段要求低,无压力损失,结构简单、工作可靠;测量精度不受被测介质压力、密度(包括液固两相)、温度、电导率、粘度等物理参数变化的影响;

传感器在泥沙含量大的影响下也能保证仪表的精度在*.*级不受影响,能充分满足现场环境的要求。

转换器全数字量处理、抗干扰能力强、可实现流量正向总量、反向总量、差值总量、瞬时流量、百分比流量、流速、自诊断报警等功能,可以在不同口径的传感器之间进行互换;

转换器采用高清晰背光源***显示器,可现场操作、设置。

流量计内置防雷装置,能防止阴雨天流量计因雷击而造成流量计无法工作;

流量计在试验安装条件下,保持在最大试验压力****,流量计及其上、下游直管段各连接处应无渗漏;

流量计对流量特征系数的修改应有保护功能,能避免意外更改或能记录历史修改过程;

流量计主要工作元器件应采用国内、国外优质产品;

流量计应有明显的流向标识;

流量计的外表应有良好的处理,不得有毛刺、刻痕、裂纹、锈蚀、霉斑和涂镀层不得有起皮、剥落等现象;

流量计表体的连接部分的焊接应平整光洁,不得有虚焊、脱焊等现象;

流量计法兰密封面应平整,不得有损伤;

流量计显示窗应有良好的透明度,读数应醒目、整齐,表示功能的文字符号和标志应完整、清晰、端正;

电磁流量计在失电一段时间后,存储的所有数据应保存完整,不应丢失。

主要构件材质要求:衬里材料:氯丁橡胶或抗磨损性能更好材料; 电极材料:四电极以上耐磨不锈钢****;流量计测量管:***不锈钢(厚δ****)。

供货方应免费提供所供产品的合格证、说明书手册和图纸,应随每套设备提供电气原理图、接线图以及安装维护所必须的图纸;

每套电磁流量计应进行出厂测定和标定,每套电磁流量计的计量合格证必须附有国家级流量检测中心的检定证书。

安装要求:流量计采用管道式安装方式,选用分体式结构,与管道采用法兰联接,法兰联接尺寸执行《板式平焊钢制管法兰》(**/* ****)规定。

泵站流量计安装在输水管上,流量计的流量显示装置安装在自动化***屏上,流量计厂家需提供流量显示仪开孔尺寸及接线端子型式数量要求,并配合完成接线工作。

第七节 单级双吸卧式离心泵基本技术要求

*制造要求

*.*水泵的性能指标应达到******、**/******、**/******等标准的规定和技术要求;

*.* 水泵轴承为脂润滑;

*.*水泵为关阀启动。事故或正常停泵时,水泵的反转速应允许达到正常转速的***%,此时设备应无任何损害,要求保证水泵反转后仍正常运行;

*.*水泵应按连续运行工作条件设计,在设计工况点的水量、扬程、效率不容许产生负偏差,若设计工况点的水量、扬程产生正偏差,不超过*%;

*.* 水泵运行*******,效率下降不超过*%。联轴器为弹性柱销联轴器,水泵半联轴器和电机半联轴器及联轴器的螺栓、螺母均由水泵制造厂成套提供,并提供联轴器防护罩;

*.*水泵在装配前须对叶轮做动、静平衡试验。

*.*水泵的密封环:材质采用优质不锈钢。

*.*水泵要进行不少于**个点的性能试验,其**个点均匀地分布在整条曲线上;

*.*制造商应按上述要求提供优质的、具有成熟可靠的技术,有实际使用业绩和良好的使用效果的水泵设备,应使水泵在额定工况下效率最高,且主要运行工况下不发生汽蚀;在运行范围内应能稳定运行,保证机组不汽蚀,不振动;

*.**水泵的联轴器、旋转轴以及其它转动部分应设安全保护罩,以保证设备和人员的安全;

*.**所有材料必须是指定级别、种类的高质量材料,这些材料应是生产厂最新使用而非淘汰的产品,制造工艺应是现代最优工艺;

*.**除易损件外,所有主设备、耐用部件应保证正常使用**年以上,不用更换。相同设备的易损件及零部件应具有互换性;

*.**事故停泵时,应容许短时水体倒流而不致损坏水泵和电机。

*水泵的保温、防冻要求

泵站冬季仍然运行,要求水泵的泵体、叶轮减重腔须清沙,减重腔的表面粗糙度≤**.*。以保证设备冬季不被冻裂;泵体减重腔底部应留有排水孔,以利于放水。

* 电动机要求

*.*电动机的设计必须与配套设备的运行条件和维护要求一致。电机电压等级为****,变频电机。电动机能承受规定的过电压要求。如果另外采取保护措施,卖方以书面方式提出,并由买方认可。

*.*电动机防护等级室内****,室外为****。

*.*绝缘等级*级,按*级温升考核。

*.*所有电动机的使用寿命在现场的规定的工作制下不小于**年。

*.*电动机的额定容量,应大于拖动设备轴功率的***%,且应考虑电动机应有*.**的运行系数。

*.*电压变化范围为±**%,频率变化范围为±*%时,电动机能输出额定功率。当电压和频率同时变化,两者变化分别不超过±*%和±*%时,电动机应能输出额定功率。

*.*电动机的堵转电流应经完善的技术经济比较而确定,使设计具有最低值。除特殊要求外,在额定电压下,电动机的堵转电流对额定电流之比的保证值应不超过*倍。

*.*在额定电压下,电动机的堵转转矩应符合电动机的有关标准。

*.*电动机的振动值符合或优于国际有关标准。

*.**电动机旋转方向应有永久性,明显的标志。电动机应允许空载反转。

*.**在接线盒内应标明电动机的相序。

*.**电动机应具备防止短路、过电流和过负荷等保护装置;电动机应有防止过电压的措施。

*.**电动机在空载情况下,能承受提高转速至其额定值的***%,历时*分钟而不发生有害变形。

*.**电动机的出线端子盒应独立装设。

*变频器要求,

*.*变频器容量与负载电动机的额定容量应相匹配,应同时满足下列条件:

*)变频器输出容量不宜小于电动机额定容量的*.*倍。

*)变频器输出电流不宜小于电动机额定电流,并宜考虑*.**~*.*的电流修正系数。

*)当具有下列工况或要求时,变频器容量应进行以下修正:

*)对于频繁启动、制动负载或重载启动负载,当其最大工作电流超过变频器过载能力时,变频器输出电流应按最大工作电流选择;

*)当电动机容量裕度偏大且负载容量尚留有裕度时,变频器容量可按负载轴功率折算至电动机输入功率选择,但变频器容量不应小于电动机额定容量。

*)变频器电压值应按下列原则确定:

*)额定输入电压应采用厂用母线标称电压。

*)输出电压不应小于电动机额定电压。

*)变频器额定输出电流符合下列规定:

*)最小输出工作电流不应小于电动机最小转矩时的输出电流;

*)最大输出电流不应小于电动机可能的最大运行转速电流。

*)变频器输出频率范围应满足工艺负载或电动机允许调速范围要求。

*)变频器过载能力应满足在额定转速范围内,最大连续输出电流在***%额定电流时,持续时间应不小于****;***%额定电流时,持续时间应不小于****。

*)在正常使用条件下,在整个输出频率调节范围内及各相负载对称情况下,低压变频器输出三相线电压变化率不应大于*****/μ*。

*)变频器的控制方式应与工艺负载特性、电动机特性及其运行工况相适应,并应符合下列规定:

*)二次方类负载宜选用电压频率比控制方式。

*)恒转矩类负载宜选用矢量控制方式或直接转矩控制方式。

*)当一台变频器同时驱动多台电动机并列运行时,应选用电压频率比控制方式。

*)低压变频器宜采用交-直-交电压源型。

**)变频器冷却方式应根据额定容量、使用环境条件等进行合理选择。

**)变频装置自身已配备完善的电气保护,能提供电动机所需的过载、过流、接地、过压、欠压(具备**断线闭锁功能)、过热、缺相等保护,保护为微机型,且不与控制共用***及电源。保护动作能发出硬接线信号。变频装置自身配备完善的自检功能。

**)变频器能在瞬时停电后自动启动,继续停电前的状态,满足电动机运行要求,防止低电压穿越性故障造成的设备停运事故。

**)在变频器柜门上有可操作界面,操作界面应有触摸式键盘和***/***显示。柜门上可以启动、停止变频器,可以调整频率。

**) 低压变频器选用***品牌产品。
